With varied experience as an organizational consultant, international developer and financial director, Corentin has directed his entrepreneurial energy towards unique and innovative projects with a strong industrial component.

 

As founder and General Director of the Grand Tour railway project at Puy du Fou, he stands out in project management, bringing skills and methods.

 

Its commitment is reflected in the structuring, mobilization of resources, the design of financial strategies and economic models, the management of financing, and today, the coordination of the structuring of projects within RSC.

Samuel has held managerial and executive positions in various sectors: automotive, railway, consulting & service, logistics and supply chain, mining, IT, paramedical equipment.

Throughout his career , he introduced :

  • innovations in organizations ( industrial logistics, maintenance of railway infrastructure with IoT/Big Data /AI digitalization, Agile maintenance of Rolling Stock );

  • products ( telemetry, sound and light systems );

  • services ( fleet/asset management, high-power locomotives, hotel trains, luxury trains, heavy maintenance operations ).

He is experienced in leading complex projects, crisis management and regulated environments.

Its expertise in railway rolling stock , and on the subjects of Mobility and Decarbonization, its ability to integrate innovation and its experience in managing complex projects are at the service of RSC's clients.

Founder of the Consortium Team , Raphaël has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in Europe.

 

Graduated with an Executive MBA from EM-LYON in 2005, he distinguished himself with notable successes, revitalizing furniture factories with Talents Home SA in 2009 and renovating the Carlyle Hotel in New York (2017-2019).

Since 2017, The Consortium Team has brought together 42 manufacturers and 1000 experts for luxury hotel and private villa development projects.

 

Since 2020 , the team has distinguished itself with revolutionary technological innovations, thus marking an exceptional entrepreneurial trajectory, bringing its know-how to RSC.

Marie, project manager at RSC , stands out for her operational versatility. She effectively manages communication and customer relations.

In charge of administrative management, she manages offers and ensures a fluid link with customers. Marie brings constructive and organized management to her varied missions, thus contributing to the smooth running of RSC.

Paul Zellich, Director of Industrial Projects, embodies the dynamism of skills transfer. With experience as Operations Director, he led the industrialization of a luxury train , coordinating project teams, Supply Chain and manufacturing within a growing SME.

As Transition Manager, he led 14 missions for 12 clients in various sectors, demonstrating versatility adapted to various industrial sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, Imprimerie Nationale, the Bank of France, the life industry. , automobile and rail.

His expertise is recognized in the management of international industrial transfer projects and the supervision of complex production groups thanks to his diverse experiences.
